Delivery Information
In the rare and unfortunate event that your order is not delivered or arrives damaged, we guarantee a replacement or refund. If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time, please email us at support@directhomefurniture.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
For items damaged upon arrival, please send photo proof and a description of the damage to support@directhomefurniture.co.uk immediately. If you're requesting a refund for a damaged item, be sure to keep the original packaging, as we may need to have the item returned for inspection.

All Direct Home Furniture standard deliveries are FREE to UK Mainland!
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following locations: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Inverness, Jersey, and Guernsey. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to PA postcodes ranging from PA20 to PA80.
To offer free delivery to most UK mainland postcodes, we partner with reliable courier services. While our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date, every order comes with a tracking ID, so you can monitor your package and receive an estimated arrival date. This ensures you stay informed throughout the delivery process. We're dedicated to making your shopping experience with Direct Home Furniture smooth and worry-free.
Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, typically between 7am and 8pm, with occasional Saturday deliveries during peak times.
If you won’t be home for your delivery, please leave a signed note for the driver with instructions to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. If no note is left or you're unavailable, the driver will leave a calling card or send an email with further instructions. Please follow the instructions provided to reschedule your delivery.
Warranty & Returns Information

All claims must be submitted via email to support@directhomefurniture.co.uk. To ensure a smooth and timely process, please include the following details in your initial claim email:
- Order Number
- Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
- Images/Video clearly showing the fault (if applicable)
- Images/Video showing the goods in their original packaging (if applicable)
Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:
- Email us with pictures or video demonstrating the fault. If applicable, also include the manual with the required part circled, and indicate the quantity needed.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Each claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund, or replace the product.
Please note: Do not return the product to us unless instructed. If a return is necessary, we will provide a return label.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@directhomefurniture.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- Pictures and/or a video showing the condition of the product received
- An explanation of why you’d like to return the product, and if the item is eligible for return
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us of a return, followed by another 14 days to return any unwanted items.
We’d love to know how we can improve, so please include as many details as possible when explaining the reason for your return. Any refund or exchange is at our discretion, and all returned goods must be unused. Once an item has been used, we are unable to issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be processed to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Processing refunds can take up to 14 days after we receive your return. Please note that return shipping to our warehouse must be arranged and paid for by you.
Before returning your item, please consult us, as we operate multiple warehouses, and the return address may vary. We recommend using services like 'Parcel Monkey' or 'Parcel2Go' to compare courier costs once we provide the correct return address.
Important: Mattresses, pillows, and bedding products cannot be exchanged or refunded once opened due to health and safety regulations.
Once your return request has been accepted by our Direct Home Furniture Support Team, we will email you detailed instructions for the return process.
Please ensure that you have thoroughly searched through all the packaging, as small components may become loose during transit. If you find a part is missing, please contact us immediately for assistance. If possible, circle the missing part on your instruction manual and send us a picture, so we can quickly identify and send you the correct replacement part.
