1. Promoter Details
   This promotion is conducted by Bedzy Limited, trading as Direct Home Furniture (UK Registration: 13833470). The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Microsoft. Xbox is a trademark of Microsoft and is used only to describe the prize being offered.

2. Prize Description

   • The prize consists of three (3) Xbox Series S 512GB consoles.
   • Consoles will be shipped directly from Argos, and delivery is subject to their coverage area.

3. Eligibility

   • Participants must reside within the Argos delivery area.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Bedzy Limited, their immediate family, or anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

   • Every item purchased during the promotional period counts as one entry into the draw.
   • Priority Processing upgrades at checkout earn an additional entry.
   • There is no limit to the number of entries per customer.

5. Promotion Period

   • The promotion is valid for orders placed between 12:01 AM, Monday 25th November, and 11:59 PM, Friday 29th November 2024.
   • Entries outside this period will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection

   • Three winners will be selected at random on Saturday, 30th November 2024, at 8:00 AM.
   • Winners will be notified immediately via the contact details provided at checkout.

7. Prize Acceptance

   • Winners must accept their prize in writing by replying to the notification email within 48 hours.
   • Failure to confirm acceptance within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a redraw will be conducted.
   • Winners are required to provide a photo of themselves with their prize for promotional purposes. By accepting the prize, winners agree to this condition.

8. Prize Conditions

   • The prize will be shipped directly from Argos. Delivery is subject to their terms and conditions, and Bedzy Limited holds no responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to Argos’s service policies.
   • Bedzy Limited does not offer warranty, returns, or delivery insurance on the prize. Any issues with the prize must be addressed with Argos or the manufacturer directly.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

9. Publicity

   • By entering the promotion, winners agree to allow their first name, location (e.g., John from Cardiff), and submitted photo to be used in promotional announcements on Direct Home Furniture’s website and social media channels.

10. Liability

• Bedzy Limited will not be liable for any technical, hardware, or software failures, lost, or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit entry into the promotion.
